Today the Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) came in a special train to Koraput .He has the entire office with one officer from each section from Visakhapatnam to hear and solve issues of his offices at grassroots in the route .At Koraput he discussed with officials in his office inside the train itself .
I wondered if our secretariats in the state could also move on wheels carrying their office staff to the districts in such trains and also in specially designed Hitech buses so as to address the issues at the district level once in three months rather than always asking officials to visit the state capital .
