Does it matter if the MLA or MP from our district becomes a minister or not .We had ministers from our district in different discipline in the past .Did they do anything special for Koraput and its inhabitants because they were the ministers and could not have done as a simple MLA or MP ! I could remember Dr.Giridhar Gamang as Telecom minister who had brought latest Telephone exchange when other districts had not got it .If you have any such list please share . Jai Jagannath
