ମାତୃଭାଷା ର ବିକଳ୍ପ ନାହିଁ । ଓଡିଶାର ରାଜ୍ୟପାଳଙ୍କ ଏହି ମନ୍ତବ୍ୟ ସରକାରଙ୍କୁ ପ୍ରାଥମିକ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ସ୍ତରରେ ମାତୃଭାଷା କୁ ଗୁରୁତ୍ଵ ଦେବାର ଆବଶ୍ୟକତା ଦିଗରେ ପ୍ରେରିତ କରୁ । ପ୍ରତି ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟରେ ଓଡିଆ ଭାଷା ଶିକ୍ଷକ , ମାତୃଭାଷା ଶିକ୍ଷକ ନିଯୁକ୍ତ କରାଯାଉ । Governor of Odisha said that there was no substitute to Mother tongue . This opinion may guide our state government to give top priority in educating children in the primary schools in Mother Tongue and Odia . For this teachers with expertise in teaching odia and respetive mother tongue be appointed in each school . Let the state’s investment rise in the true development of each child rather than concentrating on some section of hildren .
